Flex Resident gives you access to the coworking space during opening hours, with a free workstation. Fixed Resident gives you an exclusive workstation, your own key, and 24/7 access.
All members get a discount on training, workshops, events and renting the space for private events. The discount is higher for Fixed Residents.
Every cowork plan includes your workstation, high-speed internet, electricity and water, alarm system and insurance, A4/A3 printing and a large-format plotter, a kitchen and restroom, a lounge with a ping-pong table, and the meeting room by reservation.
Fixed Resident includes your own storage locker. Flex Resident can add one as an optional extra.
Meeting room and cowork day bookings can be made directly on the site. Fixed Resident and Virtual Office plans are set up directly with our team — reach out through the contact page and we'll take it from there.
Yes, the meeting room can be booked on its own, with online payment at the time of booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a unique link to manage it — cancel, reschedule or adjust your days — within the rules set by cova spaces.
cova spaces is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flex Resident access and meeting room bookings follow these hours.
You can book the meeting room, a cowork day, or a visit up to 60 days ahead.
The meeting room fits up to 8 people, booked by the hour, with high-speed internet, a screen for presentations, coffee, tea and water, and restroom access.
Not at all. We're in Almada, about 15-20 minutes from central Lisbon by car via the 25 de Abril bridge, with train (Fertagus) and ferry (Transtejo) options too.
Yes, parking is easy and free right next to the space — one of the advantages of working in Almada instead of central Lisbon.
By car, it's a few minutes across the 25 de Abril bridge from Lisbon. You can also take the Fertagus train or the Transtejo ferry between Lisbon and Cacilhas/Almada. From Setúbal, it's a direct drive.
No. The virtual office gives you a fiscal and commercial address with mail management. To work in the space, you need a cowork plan.
