These terms govern the use of this site and the booking of cova spaces' services.
These terms apply to the use of the cova spaces website and to booking the services presented here: cowork (flex and fixed resident), meeting room, and virtual office.
Meeting room and cowork day bookings are confirmed through the site and managed through a unique link sent by email. Signing up for fixed resident and virtual office plans is arranged directly with our team.
Each booking can be cancelled, rescheduled or adjusted through the management link sent by email, within the time limits set by cova spaces and shown at the time of booking.
[To be defined] Once online payment is available, it will be processed through a certified payment provider, and the applicable terms will be shown before each booking is confirmed.
Users agree to make responsible use of the space and its equipment, and to respect other members and visitors.
cova spaces is not liable for personal belongings left in the space, except for fixed workstations with their own storage locker.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
